1. Shipping Destination
At this time, Siremy ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification when your order has shipped.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery takes 5 to 9 business days from the date of order. This timeframe includes the 1 to 2 business day order processing period. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
4. Shipping Rates
Orders totaling $29.99 or more: Free standard shipping
Orders totaling $0.00 to $29.98: Flat rate of $6.00
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order. You can use this information to track your shipment directly with the carrier.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Siremy is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
